Santa Croce 'crisis' meeting

Business leaders in the tanning cluster of Santa Croce held a meeting on March 10 with representatives of Pisa's provincial government to discuss a series of special support measures.
The president of the provincial authorities, Andrea Pieroni, took part, along with special advisors, Anna Romei and Graziano Turini.
Among the measures the province is offering are grants to individual businesses, financial support for the local chamber of commerce and incentives to create and preserve jobs.
