Steers maintained a fairly steady level through September, but more than a few sources are suggesting that we may see a softening in this market.

The major news this week is the turbulent stock market, which is rising and falling like a storm wave. Many in North America are anxiously awaiting news from the US government on whether or not the House of Representatives will pass a bill to bail out various financial institutions and to find out the effect this will have on the credit situation.
