Sales of cured cattle hides for the period ending April 7 were 413,300 pieces. The figure for exports of wet blue was 79,800 pieces.

The most recent steer hide prices provided prices for only three types of hides at three price points, with prices showing $27.50 for branded steers weighing between 62 and 64 pounds, and $24 for Colorado-branded steers at the same weight, as well as for heavy Texas steers weighing 60-62 pounds.
