Sales of cured cattle hides for the period ending November 11 were 513,300 pieces. The figure for exports of wet blue was 146,300 pieces.

The most recent steer hide prices provided prices for six types of hides at six price points, with prices ranging from $37 for butt-branded steers weighing between 66 and 68 pounds, $28 for heavy Texas steers weighing between 60 and 62 pounds, and $14 for branded south-west cows weighing between 50 and 52 pounds.
