Sales of cured cattle hides for the period ending July 22 were  388,600 pieces, while the figure for wet blue was 52,000 pieces. 

 The most recent steer hide prices provided prices for four types of hides at four price points, with prices ranging from $58.50 for butt-branded steers weighing between 64 and 66 pounds, and $22 for branded southwest cows weighing between 50 and 52 pounds.
