Sales of cured cattle hides for the period ending May 13 were  246,000 pieces, while the figure for wet blue was 48,300 pieces. 

The most recent steer hide prices include levels of $49 for butt-branded steers weighing between 63 and 65 pounds. Hides from dairy cows weighing between 50 and 52 pounds were available at $33.
