In terms of the financial markets, everything is looking fairly positive at the moment. The global economy is thriving, the US economy is expected to have a soft landing, the stock markets are performing well, inflation has been more controlled due to reduced oil prices, the European economies are performing better, China is still experiencing double digit growth and so on. Despite nuclear developments, increasing regional political tensions, the murder of prominent journalists and even war, nothing has managed to dampen the global party mood.
