Hides and Skins:  Net sales of 540,700 pieces were up 2% from the previous week and 14% from the prior 4-week average.  Whole cattle hide sales of 513,000 pieces were primarily for China (162,600 pieces), Mexico (109,400 pieces, including unreported sales of 80,000 pieces made earlier during the marketing year), Canada (76,400 pieces, including unreported sales of 70,000 pieces made earlier during the marketing year), and South Korea (61,100 pieces).  Exports of 573,300 pieces were 7% below the prior week, but 9% over the previous 4-week average.  Whole cattle hide exports of 543,300 pieces were mainly for China (127,500 pieces), Mexico (111,700 pieces, including unreported activity of 80,000 pieces), South Korea (82,000 pieces), Canada (76,400 pieces, including unreported activity of 70,000 pieces), and Japan (54,500 pieces).
