Hides and Skins: Net sales of 634,000 pieces were 52% above the prior week and 33% above the 4-week average. Whole cattle hide sales of 549,500 pieces were primarily for South Korea (198,100 pieces), China (165,600 pieces), and Taiwan (53,400 pieces). Exports of 467,500 pieces were up 71% from the previous week and 2 percent from the 4-week average. Whole cattle hide shipments of 394,500 pieces were destined mainly for South Korea (131,400 pieces), China (105,200 pieces), and Taiwan (47,000 pieces).
