BMW to ‘accelerate realignment’, including job losses

BMW said it will “leverage the momentum” generated by its workforce restructuring programme, including reducing management functions faster than previously announced.
Revenues for the third quarter were €30 billion, 6% down on the same period last year. Profit reached €2 billion, flat against last year but described as “robust”.
