New Zealand-based researchers search for value in shavings

New Zealand Leather and Shoe Research Association (LASRA) and Earth Sciences New Zealand undertook a research project to determine whether value could be extracted from chrome-tanned leather shavings – a request from local tanner Tasman Tanning.
