New owners for Marc Jacobs brand

Fashion group G-III Apparel and brand platform WHP Global have, jointly, acquired the Marc Jacobs brand from luxury group LVMH.
They now co-own the brand, which former Louis Vuitton creative director, the eponymous Marc Jacobs, founded in 1986. LVMH acquired a controlling stake in the brand in 1997.
