Macroeconomics

The political situation regarding Russia and the West over the conflict in the Ukraine has been one of the most serious macroeconomic events of the past two weeks. Although no one is expecting a war, there has been no progress on diplomatic levels to solve the dispute. Russia is confident that the West will not seriously consider military intervention and is therefore not retreating from its position.
