Speciality chemicals group Schill and Seilacher has appointed Stephan Sielaff as CEO of the group, effective 1 October 2026.

Mr Sielaff brings around 30 years of international business and leadership experience, including senior roles at Unilever, Symrise, Archroma, Lenzing Group and SSI SCHÄFER Plastics.

He said his focus would include strengthening customer relationships, sharing knowledge across the group and connecting its different businesses and locations more closely.

"A good product alone is no longer enough. What matters is the value we create for our customers," Stephen Sielaff said.
