Italy’s national association of leather chemists, AICC, will hold its 2026 national congress in Salerno on October 9. 

President of the organisation, Tomaso Pellegrini, has said the event will represent an opportunity to debate the challenges leather chemicals manufacturers face over sustainability, the circular economy and the innovations in technology that are marking out the future path of the tanning sector.
