Luxury leathergoods brand Hermès has reopened its store in Kaohsiung, Taiwan’s third city, after the completion of a renovation project.

Hermès first opened its store in the southern port city in 1996.

It covers two floors in the city’s Hanshin mall. The company’s “leathergoods universe” is on the ground floor, “framed by fluid, carved wood”. It said the space draws inspiration from the city’s seaport and architecture.
