The leather manufacturing division of footwear group Ecco has said its Hot-Shop design event will take place from August 31 to September 3 this year.

This will be the fourteenth time Ecco Leather has run its Hot-Shop event, for which it invites designers from around the world to its headquarters in the Netherlands to learn about the basics of making leather and to work with leather.

The objective is to inspire them to use leather extensively in their work when they return home.
