Atlantic produces veg-tanned fish leather

The material, tanned with bark from the Mimosa tree, is available in light brown or beige, but can be finished in other colours.
The company said: “We chose to offer only this light brown/beige colour as it is the colour the Mimosa bark lends to the leather through the tanning process. The leather offers a certain kind of stiffness and is less flexible than our regular salmon leather, and therefore is ideal for furniture design, interior design and car seats (all high-wear areas), in addition to bags and jewellery.”
