It is located in located in Normandy, France, and led by the founder’s son, Dan Lewkowicz, who will remain as CEO.

It supplies skins for watch straps, leathergoods, ready-to-wear and shoes to fashion houses, including brands belonging to Kering such as Gucci and Bottega Veneta.

The company says the acquisition will allow it to secure a sustainable supply of high-quality crocodile skins and it plans to increase production in the coming months.
